
Center Stage Dinner with Chef Rick

It’s going to be a Mardi Party with fine dining and entertainment served right up on stage. For this special event, Chef Rick of Chef Rick’s Ultimately Fine Foods takes the spotlight, preparing a mardi gras themed four course meal paired with local fine wines and narrating the evening’s culinary delights.
Dinner will be served on stage at tables with seating for ten. This event is limited to 100 attendees. Each ticket includes a four course meal, wine and beer, coffee and soft drinks. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Clark Center, a registered 501c(3) organization. Approximately $60 of each ticket purchase may be considered a charitable donation.

The Up-Tempo American cooking prepared by one of California Central Coast’s premier chefs, Rick Manson, is a blend of Georgia low country, southern Louisiana, Southwest, and Southern California influences, seasoned with a hint of rhythm and blues, a splash of color, and a touch of irreverence.
Chef Rick’s Ultimately Fine Foods is located at 135 East Foster Road in Orcutt and is open Monday through Saturday, serving lunch 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and dinner 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
