Avoiding Ticket Scams
Tickets sold by resellers or brokers, including many online websites, often add substantial service fees and/or markup to the original price, resulting in prices that are significantly higher than face value. The most reliable way to purchase legitimate tickets at face value is to use the Clark Center Box Office and always begin your online searches on our website at clarkcenter.org. Gift Certificates
Give the gift of great entertainment. Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any amount you choose and are valid for all events ticketed by the Box Office. Gift Certificates can be purchased online at this link or by contacting the Box Office.
Accessibility
ADA seating is available for both reserved seating and general admission events. A combination of open spaces to accommodate a wheelchair and physical seats for companions are available in these areas. Be sure to choose ADA-specific seating when making your purchase online or with our Box Office to ensure the seating location you choose is accessible.
Fees
A Per Ticket Fee is included in the price of each ticket purchased. These fees fund the essential operations of our Box Office which includes providing customer service via telephone and in person, operating a website where tickets may be purchased 24/7, maintaining a ticketing platform that manages seat assignments and inventory, printing and distributing tickets, and paying processing fees to credit card companies. Fees are calculated depending on the base price of the ticket as shown in the table below:

- Per Ticket Fees are included in the ticket prices displayed on event webpages and seating charts.
- For tickets sold at a specific fixed discount price (such as most Senior, Child, or Student tickets) Per Ticket Fees are calculated on the discounted price.
- For tickets sold a a discount that is deducted from the base price (such as Promotional %-off or $-off) Per Ticket Fees are calculated on the base price before the discount is taken.
