We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have donated to the newly founded Sandy Lubin Scholarship Fund which to date has raised nearly $12,000! Sandy’s family is overwhelmed at the response and are very grateful to all of you as your donations will ensure that Sandy’s legacy continues for many years through our scholarship program.
Since 2004, the Clark Center has awarded over $250,000 in performing arts scholarships and grants to students and teachers in the Lucia Mar Unified School District. Many of our past recipients have gone on to careers in the arts and achieved significant success as performers and technicians. We are grateful the monies raised in Sandy’s name will become a part of this legacy. These donations will be placed in our scholarship fund where they will grow and be awarded to many deserving recipients in the years to come. Sandy’s wife Cindi and his family will be involved with scholarship auditions and will remain an important part of our selection process.
